从README的how to flash可知
Please use DIO mode and 32M flash size option, and flash latest firmware to 0x00000. Before flashing firmware, please hold FLASH button, and press RST button once. When our firmware download tool released, it will flash firmware automatically and needn't press any button.
烧录的SPI模式使用DIO，flash大小32M，这里应该是32Mb，即4MB，烧录固件地址0x00000。其他就是烧录固件前需要按住FLASH按钮，并且需要按一次复位按钮，当开始烧录时松掉就可以了。
